Robertson Buckhaven is an award-winning drinks writer, author, and consultant, currently serving as Drinks Editor at the Metro.

A two-time IWSC Wine Communicator of the Year shortlist nominee, Robertson’s career spans senior brand roles, wine buying, and consultancy for leading international wine producers. He is the author of The Alcorithm, shortlisted for Best Drinks Book at the Guild of Food Writers Awards, and writes regularly for the Evening Standard and The Independent.

Alongside his editorial work, Robertson appears frequently on television as a wine expert, presents for ITV, judges major wine awards, and works as UK Brand Ambassador for Champagne Pommery and Denbies Wine Estate.
