CHEF, FOUNDER, UHNW PARTNER LEAD
Tiff Robinson is the founder of Toast Talent and Toast PR & Marketing Studio. She originally trained as a chef at Ballymaloe in Ireland, Tiff has always been driven by a deep love of food and the hospitality industry that surrounds it. She went on to become a bestselling food writer before leading the marketing of some of London’s most high-profile restaurant openings as Marketing Director at D&D London over 11 years.
In 2021, she founded Toast, which has since evolved into one of the hospitality industry’s most respected and dynamic agencies, partnering with leading luxury brands across food, drink and lifestyle. With a keen eye for creative excellence and commercial strategy, Tiff is passionate about championing the talent that defines great hospitality, building meaningful partnerships and setting a new benchmark for the industry.

COMMERCIAL PARTNERSHIPS LEAD
Caitlin Hart has spent over a decade building some of the most talked-about brand partnerships in hospitality. Her portfolio spans global drinks brands including Bacardi and Diageo, where she's negotiated six-figure sponsorship deals, as well as international brands including Hublot, Byredo, and Mixmag.
From curating music events in Ibiza to collaborating with music talent, Caitlin has delivered fully integrated campaigns across the UK, Ibiza, and Australia. Her work spans events, content, PR, and on-site activations - always with an eye on what drives real audience reach and revenue.
At Toast, she leads partnerships from pitch to execution, working closely with media, influencers, and talent. It's this blend of creative thinking and commercial focus that makes her such a valuable part of the team.
