After working closely with Sally Clarke for nearly a decade, Blo has spent the past 15 years catering for private clients, delivering everything from intimate dinner parties to weddings for up to 300 guests, both at home and internationally. He has also gained press attention for his elegant and refined supper clubs.
Today, his style remains true to Sally’s philosophy: using the very best seasonal produce, prepared simply and with care.
