MAX POSENER
Max Posener is a rising British chef known for bold, flavour-driven cooking and a disciplined, ingredient-led approach.
He trained at the two-Michelin-starred Ynyshir under Gareth Ward, before further refining his style in London kitchens including Cycene. Max is the co-founder and chef behind Otaku, a sought-after supper club and pop-up dining series inspired by obsessive craftsmanship and thoughtful cooking.
Alongside Otaku, Max works as a private chef for luxury events and international clients.
